Assist in scheduling meetings, timelines, and coordination with clients, designers, and suppliers
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
Support procurement tasks including purchase requests and delivery tracking
Assist with site documentation, reports, and photo record
Maintain material and sample tracking (if applicable)
Provide overall administrative support to the project team
