Project Admin Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications such as Powerpoint and Autocad
• Must be trustworthy, patient and flexible
• Good in oral and written communication
• Willing to start immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review contractor's pay applications for accuracy and conformance with progress
• Prepares contractors' official progress billing
• Secures architectural plans, cost estimates, bill of materials and labor duly approved by the Building and Design Department for distribution to respective sites
• Facilitates necessary action regarding technical problems arising on project sites
