Project Details

The Data Platform Cluster supports the capability development and system management for data analytics solutions for the Client. This role is required to support the Cluster Head, Head and Deputy Heads on the administrative tasks required to deliver data analytics projects.

Responsibilities:

• Secretariat for monthly meetings / weekly cadences, including room booking, agenda confirmation, minutes recording, following up with members on updates of outstanding items
• Support Data Platform Cluster on project administration, including updates on project planning (coordinate meetings and schedules), documentation (track and file required documents), project performance & risks tracking

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Good communication and time management skills
