• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure with strict deadline
• Tech-savvy and proficient in word-processing, spreadsheet software, and email applications
• Having a vast referral of sub-contractor and vendor in interior design and architecture
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong time management and organizational skills
