Project Administrator, Client Enrollment

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for accurate data input, insurer claims data, insurer audit systems, and following the wrap-up Project Insurance Manual.

We will count on you to:

• Respond directly to client questions and requests, soliciting assistance from front office colleagues as needed.
• Maximize the success of Marsh by optimizing the satisfaction of enrolled contractors and improving NOI by maintaining productivity standards
• Process all CIP enrollment applications via the Marsh RMIS system and any supplemental enrollment requirements including but not limited to insurance cost vetting and Non CIP certification
