Join the Major Projects group at Valard Construction as a Project Administrator in Amherst, NS. This position supports the Wasoqonatl Transmission Line project with essential administrative and documentation tasks.
As a Project Administrator, you'll report to the Project Manager and streamline project operations. Your role involves meticulous record-keeping, coordinating site administration tasks, and aiding field construction teams throughout the project's lifecycle. With a focus on electrical infrastructure, you will enhance organizational effectiveness and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize project documentation including permits and contracts
• Coordinate daily site administrative functions and safety sign-ins
• Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
