Warranty Support Manager/Project Coordinator
Office Based
We’re working with a well-established design & build business looking to strengthen their aftercare and defects function with the hire of a Warranty Support Manager.
This is a key administrative role focused on the coordination and management of defects. It would suit someone who thrives on structure, documentation and clear communication.
The Role
You will take ownership of the defects process from an administrative and coordination perspective, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining a structured defects database
- Coordinating internal and external communication with clients
- Providing regular progress updates to clients
- Liaising with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure issues are resolved
- Tracking progress and ensuring accountability across all parties
