As a Project Admin, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the project team to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations for a mission critical 24x7 production support.
Responsibilities:
Project Administration and Coordination
· Provide daily administrative support to ongoing maintenance project during the Business As Usual phase.
· Maintain and update maintenance documentation, including maintenance plans, schedules, action items, and registers.
· Coordinate maintenance meetings, meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
