Job Description

                    We have an exciting position at our organization, seeking services of a self -motivated Project Administrator.

Create learner
information spreadsheet to upload learners onto the learner portal
Send learner
information spreadsheet to ETQA co -Ordinator for enrolment
Assist
learners with their passwords and logins
Send welcome
letters to the learners with a step by step process of how to log into the
portal
Scheduling
classes on MS teams and uploading the link to the portal.
Ensuring
that learner material is uploaded onto portal –2 weeks before the time. Report
to Project Manager if not done.
Check daily
attendance registers and following up with absent learners. Report to Project
Manager

learner documentation
