About the role
The Project Advisor is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the PASS@UNE program. Reporting to the Project Specialist, the role includes advising on strategic development and contributing to the management, training and support of the large casual student team. The Project Advisor will liaise with academic staff, students and university stakeholders working to continuously improve program effectiveness while aligning with UNE's goals for student success.

Proven team management and leadership skills, with a focus on creating a culture of quality teamwork, high performance, and positive outcomes within changing work environments.
