Project Analysis - Operations- Middle Office

Our financial services client is looking to hire an Operations Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative involving process redesign, data migration, and service provider transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements with SMEs and stakeholders

• Assess “as-is” vs “to-be” processes, identifying impacts, risks, and mitigation actions

• Analyse reporting and migration data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness

• Redesign processes to support scalability and the future operating model

• Support UAT by developing test scripts, participating in testing, and resolving issues
