Project and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor task progress and completion to ensure compliance with standards and achievement of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Evaluate team members’ performance regularly and provide targeted advice and guidance to enhance productivity and quality
• Organize and lead regular meetings and training sessions to share new techniques and methods that support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SLA requirements
• Conduct operational audits to identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions to strengthen processes
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Commercial team to communicate performance and issues
• Resolve complex technical issues escalated by team members by analyzing problems and delivering effective solutions
