Job Description

• The Project Architect will lead architectural projects from conceptual design to construction. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while staying within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and planning of projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications according to building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Supervise design teams and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with the design intent.
• Resolve design and technical issues that arise during project implementation.
