A design-driven real estate development team in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Architect to help create standout mixed-use, multifamily, restaurant, gym, and tenant improvement projects from concept through completion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:

5+ years of professional architecture experience, ideally with mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement projects

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, with strong project management and design coordination experience

Develop architectural drawings, technical documentation, design development documents, construction documents, RFIs, and submittals
