Project Architect, Hospitality Interior

Job Responsibilities
Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission. (Hospitality Interior)
Able to manage multiple projects independently.
Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
