Project Architect

This is a full-time on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will oversee the architectural design process, ensure the preparation and submission of design submittals, and manage projects from concept to completion. The role entails collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with assistant architects and designers to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Revise drawings to reflect design or site changes during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain organized records and project documentation.
• Support proposal, presentation, and report preparation when needed.
