Project Architect

Overview:
You will be joining a RIBA-Chartered practice as a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept topletion. You will be working within the residential andmercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.

Develop BIM models and physical design models.

Liaise with consultants and local authorities for planning.

Produce design drawings and technical specifications.

Manage internal resources and junior team members.

Attend client meetings and industry events to promote the practice.

Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.

Strong leadership andmunication skills.

In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2).
