Duties & Responsibilities
- BAS + BArch Honours / MArch (or equivalent)
- 10 years' architectural experience
- Green Building certified (EDGE/LEED/GBCSA)
- Strong technical ability & Revit proficiency
- Detail‑driven, accountable, and confident leading projects
- Concept design, planning, and client coordination
- Technical documentation, detailing & specifications
- Multidisciplinary team integration
- Green building solutions & certification processes
- Site involvement and ensuring design intent on the ground
