Project Architect

About the Role

The Project Architect shall help the Project Manager oversee all construction and architectural requirements of the company's office building, high-end showrooms, and project businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of projects and ensure that company standards are being met
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors
• Plan and designate resources including review of construction budget and costs
• Assist in acquiring required government permits and documentation
• Serve as the liaison between the company and the contractors and supplier

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
• Preferably with professional license, but not required
• With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in project management
