Project Architect/BIM

We are seeking an Architect with strong BIM capability to join our team and contribute to large-scale, fast-paced technical projects. The role offers exposure to complex coordination environments and direct involvement in high-performance project delivery.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (LAM Part 2) or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years working experience in architectural practice.

· Strong skills in Revit and BIM Modelling (essential).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite.

· Solid understanding of technical detailing and coordination.

· Ability to organise drawings, BIM models and documentation independently.

· Strong communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants and authorities.

· Reliable time-management and attention to detail.

· Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
