About the Role

The Project Assistant plays a critical execution-support role for Huemor's Projects team. This position is responsible for maintaining project organization, ensuring tasks move forward on schedule, supporting QA and content execution, and reinforcing communication and documentation standards across active build projects.

What You'll Do

• Own Build board organization and operational hygiene in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are properly scoped, assigned, prioritized, and aligned to project roadmaps, with clear visibility into progress, milestones, and blockers.
