What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of various exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless execution
2. Liaise with clients, vendors and partners to gather requirements, manage logistics and ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with the creative team to bring event concepts to life, including set-up, dismantling and post-event activities
4. Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets and timelines
5. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate awareness
