Role Title: Project Assistant (Ecommerce / Shopify)

Reports to: Project Management Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant (Ecommerce / Shopify) to support our Project Management team.
This role is designed to reduce execution overhead for Project Managers by owning repeatable, process-driven tasks across ecommerce projects. You will play a critical role in improving task hygiene, delivery consistency, and backend execution—while PMs focus on strategy, scope management, and client relationships.
This is not a client-facing strategy role. It is an execution and coordination role with strong growth potential for high performers.
What You’ll Do
1. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Schedule client meetings and send calendar invites
- Coordinate launch timelines and reminders (Slack, ClickUp, Calendar)
