Project Assistant II (Government Funded Project-STEM Education) 

The appointee will work under the Centre for Innovation and Technology of the Faculty of Engineering. He / She will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support for STEM projects implementation; (b) assisting in event planning, event logistic, handling RSVP and prepare promotional materials; (c) co-ordinating with external and internal parties and preparing correspondence; and (d) providing on-site support and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above ...
