About the role

Alitec Solutions SDN BHD is seeking a talented Project Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of a Business Software Implementation for clients

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and organisational support to project managers and teams
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments
• Assisting with project planning, tracking, and documentation
• Liaising with internal (Developer team, Domain expert, Project Managers) and external stakeholders (Clients, Third Party vendors) to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Performing data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
