Project Associate

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Associate supports the Business Solutions Team in coordinating and delivering business projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager. The role involves organizing project planning and execution, scheduling, risk and progress management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, research, and business analysis.

• Assisting the Project Manager in the Project Management process such as doing Business Analysis or Business Process Reviews, overseeing projects, mitigating risks, and solving client issues.
• Coordinating with the clients to determine their business requirements. Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team and the clients. Reporting on project progress, updating project records, and documentation. Quality assurance, collating data, auditing, or compliance checks.
