Key Responsibilities

1. Problem Solving & Project Delivery

• Independently drive analysis on complex problems from root-cause identification through solution development, with minimal oversight.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable workstreams.
• Drive cross-functional working-level meeting cadence — gather inputs, pressure-test assumptions, and build alignment on recommendations.
• Build a working understanding of the operational value levers and complexities in your assigned project domain.
• Produce decision-ready analysis, models, and materials (Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Prioritize your own workstreams by business impact and stakeholder need; re-focus as priorities shift.
• Show emerging leadership — mentor Analysts informally and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
