Project / Authority Permitting Officer

About the role

DTSB is seeking a skilled Project / Authority Permitting Officer to join our growing team in Taman Pelangi Indah Johor. This is a full-time position in ensuring the successful completion of our projects by managing the permitting process with relevant authorities.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects
2. Preparing and submitting permit applications, supporting documents, and following up on the status of applications
3. Monitoring compliance with permit conditions and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
4. Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely submission of permit requirements
5. Identifying potential issues or delays in the permitting process and proactively proposing solutions
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in local regulations and permitting requirements
