Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Compensation & Benefits Lead to spearhead critical special projects within our CompenBen Section. Serving as an Advisor to the Head of People, you will ensure our programs are market-competitive, legally compliant, and deeply integrated with our HRIS ecosystem.
Your expertise will directly influence employee engagement by aligning our CompenBen structures with overarching business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Rewards Implementation: Execute comprehensive CompenBen programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives (LTI) tailored to company philosophy.
HRIS & Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation and administration of HRIS modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across HR functions.
