Bound is partnering with a confidential client in the personal safety technology sector to modernise their core mobile platform and launcher architecture. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complex Interaction Design: Lead the user experience design for a product that relies heavily on non-traditional inputs, specifically voice and gesture interactions.
• Journey Mapping: Map intricate user journeys to ensure seamless safety transitions across various mobile states and emergency scenarios.
• Mobile App Modernisation: Design a unified launcher interface that supports multiple hardware devices
• Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with Lead Android Engineers and Technical Business Analysts to assess the technical feasibility of design uplifts.
