• Government Reportorial Requirements

-Prepares Monthly and Quarterly VAT reports

-Prepares the Summary List of Sales and Purchases

-Prepares the PEZA Quarterly and Annual reports

• Validate approvals for all payments before disbursement
• Check adherence to relevant budgets for all payments processed – Opex / Capex
• Ensure that all payments are made after the agreed credit period – and also that all purchases are made with at least 30 days credit (unless it is approved as an exception by VP – Finance)
• Make sure all payments are consistent with OT's policies – eg., T&E.
• Settle travel advances, corporate card expenses in time
• Ensure that withholding taxes are effected, as appropriate
• Feed the financial reporting team with information on Opex and Capex for weekly and monthly reporting as per agreed form and timeline.
