We are currently looking for a Project-Based Human Resources Manager to support our project operations. The position is project-based and will be assigned on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Manpower Deployment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based employees (engineers, skilled workers, admin staff, etc.)
• Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Manager and Department Heads
• Ensure timely deployment and proper onboarding of new hires

Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Implement company policies and enforce compliance on-site
• Maintain positive employee relations within the project

Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination
