project based licensed civil engineer

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

· Candidate must possess Professional License (Pass the Board of Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering.

· With at least 5 years of work experience as a site-based Engineer.

· Must be willing to assign or stay-into project sites at Calabarzon area.

· Must have Leadership characteristics. Willing to supervise and knowledgeable in different sub-contractor groups (electrical & plumbing).

· Knowledge in technical punch listing  of deliverable housing projects.

· Must have adequate communication skills to explain design ideas and plans clearly in both English and Filipino.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCad. (Analyzes prepares project progress report and billing evaluations).
