Job Description
Mission
- To contribute specialized skills and expertise to the successful execution of the Service Plan and Spare Parts Growth Project, ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes and measurable business impact.
- The mission is to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention by proactively managing customer relationships, driving adoption of Service Plans and connectivity solutions, supporting order processing, and identifying growth opportunities through close collaboration with Sales Engineers.
Job Description
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely support.
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the year to strengthen relationships. Ensure full Service Plan adoption through proactive order planning, service execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities, including transitioning Fixed Price services to Service Plans.
