The Maintenance and Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the facility, repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues, handling equipment-related concerns, and assisting with various maintenance works based on the project.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or higher
• With knowledge or experience in maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• With NC2 certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a project-based schedule.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible
• Knowledgeable in following safety rules and instructions.
• Must have a valid driving license.
