We are currently looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join our team on a project-based QS/QA

Job Description:

• Prepare Quantity take-offs and verify actual site mesurements.
• Monitor project accomplishment for billing purposes.
• Assist in preparation of progress billing and variation orders.
• Check materials delivered on-site against approved specifications.
• Inspect ongoing works to ensure complaince with plans and quality standards.
• Indentify and report defects.
• Coordinate with site engineers.
• Maintenance proper documentation of inspection.

Qualifications

• bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• at least 2-3 years as QS/QA experience
• with experience in construction projects (high-rise projects is preferred)
