Project Billing

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Billing & Compliance Specialist to manage the financial lifecycle of our construction projects. This role focuses heavily on the technical execution of AIA progress billings (G702/G703), the management of lien waivers/releases, and the maintenance of meticulous project records.

Unlike traditional A/R roles, this position is not a collections role. You will focus on the Front-End of the receivable process—ensuring that every pay application is accurate; every release is signed, and that all associated waivers have been signed, with their accompanied release forms.

Key Responsibilities

• AIA Progress Billing: Prepare and submit monthly G702 and G703 payment applications accurately, ensuring schedule of values (SOV) alignment.
• Lien Waiver Management: Process, track, and exchange conditional and unconditional lien releases for subcontractors and owners.
