Project & Business Support Specialist in Customer Installations (100%, m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Build, commission, install, operate & maintain standard solutions on customers’ sites (examples: Packaged Gases, Bulk or On‑site, Hydrogen/Biogas stations).
• SAP data maintenance: create and update technical data in SAP for customer installations in Switzerland and Austria, including administrative support from project phase to operational handover, support SAP orders, purchase management, and project documentation.
• Support transformation projects: actively participate in the preparation and implementation of changes within the Field Service Management Team to simplify and harmonize cross‑country processes.
• Document Management System: support the introduction of a new DMS, ensuring central and structured access to all relevant technical documents.
