Project Cargo Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Cargo Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background in project shipments, complex cargo movements, and international freight operations across air and ocean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of project shipments, including pre-planning, transport engineering, and execution.
• Oversee ocean/air shipping and final documentation, including import and export movements.
• Develop and assess the scope of work for project shipments (e.g., packaging, lashing, bracing, lifting plans).
• Coordinate transport modes, documentation, and special handling requirements for complex cargo.
• Handle Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo, including dimensional analysis, weight distribution, transport feasibility, and special handling needs.
• Oversee Breakbulk cargo planning, carrier selection, port coordination, and execution.
