Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist project team with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records
- Handle data entry, filing, and document control
- Coordinate with site staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project correspondence and follow up on pending items
- Support general office and site administration duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Experience in construction / project site is an advantage
