Project Co-ordinator / Executive

Responsible for the assisting overall project planning and execution. Co-ordinate and support in handling architectual and general construction retail works in local and overseas retail projects. Work closely and manage in-house workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders / contractors to ensure works is carry out and workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements Administer all site works, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with. Detail quality checks and co-ordinate with relevant department to ensure shipment carry out smoothly Generate reports and site supervision locally and overseas Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations Job Requirements Able to read simple drawings, furniture detailing, construction drawings.
