Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all coordination between main contractor and Eastern Pretech from the start to completion of a project.
• Coordinate between design, planning, production, stockyard teams and main contractor site, that everything is on time and progressing according to schedule:
  • Document Submission and Drawing follow-up
  • Cast-in item (customer supplied) follow-up
  • Production follow-up
  • Site situation follow-up
  • Stockyard situation and deliveries follow-up
• Request master site schedule from main contractor and provide it to design and planning for preparing of master schedule for scheduling of drawings preparation and approvals, and casting programme(s).
• Conduct site assessment prior to first delivery of our precast components to site to ensure necessary access, offloading areas and facilities (eg. washing bay) are in order and resolve any potential issues with main contra...
