Project Control & Development Analyst

Job Summary

The Project Control & Development Analyst is responsible for supporting project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves analyzing project performance data, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimize project execution. The analyst collaborates closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Document Control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Project) for project scheduling and tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Primavera (P6) for project planning and control is an advantage.
