Responsabilities

• Prepare, update, and control project schedules, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring proper sequencing and compliance with milestones.
• Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project, comparing planned versus actual performance, identifying deviations in schedule, cost, or scope, and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare and consolidate periodic project progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), critical path analysis, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with different project areas to update planning information, manage change control, and analyze impacts on schedule and budget.
• Support project budget control and the evaluation of variations and different scenarios.
• Participate in technical progress meetings with Project Management and the client, providing technical support on planning and control matters.
