Project Control Manager

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team, at a project site in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead and manage project control functions for multiple projects within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed according to the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Establish project control plan & Procedures and Project Execution Plan for the projects.
• Identify and develop project control team to manage the required tasks
• Develop L2, L3, L4 schedules & other project control related templates in line with the contractual requirements.
• Coordination & necessary follow ups with Engineering, procurement & Construction team for various project affairs.
• Develop KPI templates and guide the team for regular updating.
