Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for all aspects of T&I project planning, monitoring, controls and management of change aspects of the project execution that meets overall objectives of the project performance, HSES, cost, schedule and quality. The Project Planning and Controls manager is responsible for but not limited to:
Support Project Manager / Project Director in all aspects of project planning, monitoring and controls and Management of Change related to project execution.
Develop project planning package involving control baseline in compliance with the contract. Monitor, analyze and report project performance against this control baseline on an ongoing basis. Identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action.
