Document Control & Management:
Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of project documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, reports, specifications, and meeting minutes.
Maintain a structured filing system to ensure that all documents are easily accessible and correctly versioned.
Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards, industry regulations, and project requirements.
Manage digital document repositories and ensure proper access control.
Version Control:
Track and control revisions of documents, ensuring that the most up-to-date version is used by all stakeholders.
Implement version control procedures to avoid errors or confusion caused by outdated or incorrect documents.
Monitor document revisions and coordinate approvals to maintain proper record-keeping.
