Project Controller

The responsibilities associated with the position include:

• Analyze and report data that can be used to develop an accurate projection of the project for recommendation about management, quality, budget, timing and controls.
• Monitor the ongoing project activities and identify trends and abnormalities against the original agreed project plans and project performance baseline to recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and manage project baselines in scope, timing and budget.
• Identify, apply and assess the project schedule, cost and quality controls to assist the Project Director in comparing work schedules, resources, costs and quality of the project.
• Identify and put in place procedures when the scope of the project needs to be changed, knowing how and when to implement the protocols.
• Communicate with the EPC Contractor regarding current cost status and opportunities/threats based on current scope of their budget.
