Job Description
- Monitor overall project budget and help project manager in maintaining cashflow against projected flow
- Oversee the procurement and contracting activities. Involves in monitoring and approval of contractor's payments
- Assist project manager in identifying cost and schedule variance and corrective action
- Oversee payment process for purchase contracts
- Interface between Procurement and Finance for payment
- Ensure cost reporting and supporting documents are compliant and audit ready with regulatory bodies to support claims. Includes support of account closure for project capitalisation
- Review contracts in dispute resolution with Contractors and provide responses where required
- Maintenance of the cost control procedure
- Prepare purchase contracts for work packages
