Job Description

Construction Supervision: Oversee field activities such as aerial and underground cable construction, trenching, splicing, and manhole/handhole installations.

Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Permitting & Right-of-Way: Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to keep projects on track.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports and manage As-Built drawings and project documentation.

Material & Vendor Management: Monitor contractor performance and manage materials to ensure timely, on-budget execution.

Fiber Splicing & Testing: Oversee fiber splicing and testing to ensure network integrity and performance.
